PHYSICAL FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT

  1. Injury prevention. Movement range, muscular strength, and articular stability evaluation in accordance with work and/or sports. This optimizes performance to maintain the necessary conditions for ideal workout, reducing long periods of injured related rests.

  2. High load activities (such as musicians, artists, and dancers) and sport training optimization.

  3. Use of different techniques and interventions to restore muscle synergy (defined as the coordinated recruitment of a group of muscles) that has probably become unbalanced due to repetitive motions.
